INCLUSIONS:

◉ Accommodation in hotel (Family Wise).

◉ All meals i.e., Bed Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks & Dinner.

◉ Sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.

EXCLUSIONS:

◉ Train, Toy Train, Flight Ticket Fare.

◉ Train food.

◉ Entry fees at any sightseeing spot.

◉ Riding, Guide, Permit, Collie, Camera, Doolie, Helicopter, Ropeway, Syndicate Car Charges.

RAILWAY TICKET & SEAT:

◉ For the train journey, the company is fully dependent on Railway Authority. So that it is not possible to allot any particular seat.

BOOKING RULES:

◉ Booking amount is INR 3000/- per person + Train/Toy Train & Flight Fare.

◉ Booking of a seat means the passengers have accepted the terms & conditions of Baba Biswanath Bhraman Sangi.

CANCELLATION RULES:

◉ No cancellation is accepted over the telephone or email.

◉ For cancellation, please provide your original money receipt.

• A) Within 24 hrs. of booking, cancellation charges INR 500/- per head.
• B) 45 days to 120 days from the date of journey: 20% per head of the total tour price.
• C) 30 days to 45 days from the date of journey: 40% per head of the total tour price.
• D) 15 days to 30 days from the date of journey: 60% per head of the total tour price.
• E) 7 days to 15 days from the date of journey: 80% per head of the total tour price.
• F) Within 7 days from the date of journey: 100% per head of the total tour price.

SPECIAL NOTES:

• A) The total tour program days are inclusive of departure & return days from Howrah/Sealdah/Salimar/Kolkata (Chitpur) Station, Dumdum Airport (Netaji Subhas Ch. Bose International Airport).
• B) Due to unavoidable circumstances, if the tour is cancelled, the entire advance amount will be refunded without any compensation.
• C) Passengers are requested to carry their Govt. approved photo identity card & their personal medicines during the journey.
• D) In case the tour is extended for any unavoidable circumstances, the extra cost will have to be paid by the guest.
• E) The company will not undertake any liability towards any loss/damage of life, theft, robbery, or accident.
• F) Child below 3 years is complimentary. Child between 3 to 5 years: 40% of the total package cost. Child between 5 to 7 years: 60% of the total package cost. Child between 7 to 10 years: 80% of the total package cost. Child above 10 years: Full charges are applicable.
